Test Monki S’mores Poster

A poster created for Texas-based creative agency Test Monki. It was used to promote their s’mores themed open house event to show off their new studio space. We decided to use the idea of a s’more as a metaphor for the services that Test Monki provide. This was something quite different to my usual style of work but also a very enjoyable project to work on.

A personal project inspired by reading a book about what was at the time the longest and most complicated bombing raid ever devised. The book itself had several illustrations which I found a bit lacking, so I had a go myself and it ended up being an A1-sized poster.

Digital Nostalgia Posters

I am part of a generation that as grown up in parallel to some incredible technologies that have dramatically changed the way we live, but I have also got to the age where I’ve found myself becoming nostalgic about how things used to be. This inspired me to base my university major project on the progress of technology and some of the social events that have been influenced by it during my lifetime.

This developed into a series of 6 A2 posters each showing a different aspect of the technologies that we rely on today with the final poster linking them together, by showing how they are geographically related. Each poster also had a smaller A3 fold-out version for which I also produced packaging to show how it could work as a final product.

After watching a bit too much Dave featuring back to back episodes of Top Gear and Fifth Gear, I was inspired to create these infographic posters, scientifically showing my thoughts on both.
